A lot of you know and follow me for the content marketing empire and name I built. God‘s been gracious to allow me to have a great time in that industry.
Well, as you know, I’ve now spent the last two years immersed in the AI revolution.
It’s not only become an obsession, but a new calling of mine.
I was always a growth-focused content marketer. And now, we can grow infinitely faster in all avenues of our marketing, thanks to artificial intelligence.

Early on, I had the blessing of being connected with some of the brightest minds studying workplace automation. Dave Shapiro, Emad Mostaque, and YouTubers like Matt Berman, Matt Wolfe, and others.
Dave and I have been planning and working on the next economic model together.
Like he said in a text message the other day — “How do we help everyone not work anymore?”
This echoes my belief on abundance for all and the great possibility of finally letting the machines do machine work. It is the underlying sentiment of what I’ve been saying on X for over a year now. Like this tweet:
Work from your passion — gives you meaning. But the majority of people are unhappy at work, not fulfilling their passion. In fact, 70% of people are unhappy at work. It’s the result of a productized economy, the industrial revolution, and our children being shepherded to factory-like schools.
The REAL Timeline of AI Automation
Thanks to some deep research done by my partner in crime Dave, it’s clear we face twin realities that sound contradictory but are both true.
1. We have more time than doomsayers think before full automation replaces most human labor (30-50 years).
2. The next 36 months will create an opportunity gap so vast that those who position themselves correctly now will capture generational wealth.
The bottleneck isn’t AI intelligence (which is advancing at breakneck speed)—it’s economic deployment at scale.
The Transformation Timeline
– 2025: The automation cliff arrives for knowledge work. Autonomous agent swarms will execute complex tasks previously requiring human intelligence. The KVM Rule takes effect: if your job can be done with just keyboard, video, and mouse, it’s vulnerable immediately.
– 2026: Humanoid robots enter commercial markets ($80K for advanced models). A critical breakthrough allows machines to navigate physical environments with human-like understanding.
– 2027-2030: Artificial superintelligence emerges, but deployment lags far behind capability. The feedback loop accelerates AI development beyond human comprehension.
– 2030-2040: Robot production scales up significantly, but rare earth metals for batteries, actuators, and sensors become limiting factors.
– 2040-2060: Global labor substitution finally reaches maturity. The transition happens unevenly across economies.
Who Wins in This Timeline
Even with decades before full automation, the wealth concentration happens NOW. Those who leverage AI in the next 3-5 years will capture *disproportionate* value, similar to the automotive revolution but compressed and more dramatic.
Jobs That Persist for Decades:
– Skilled physical labor: Not because robots can’t do it, but because there won’t be enough robots yet
– Accountability jobs: Roles requiring licenses, insurance, and legal accountability
– Meaning jobs: Creators, performers, spiritual leaders—roles with authenticity premium
– Complex relationship jobs: Politicians, diplomats, negotiators
– Capital owners: Those who own the AI and robots
What You Should Do Now
If you’re in knowledge work:
Your clock is ticking (1-5 years). Don’t be a human only copywriter. Become an AI orchestrator, move into meaning-creating roles, or develop skills that will remain scarce.
If you’re in physical work:
You have more time, but should acquire ownership stakes in automation through investment, ESOPs, or cooperatives. Focus on complex, non-routine skills.
The next three years will reveal capabilities that seem almost magical. But deploying those capabilities at scale will ACTUALLY take decades.
The Big Question
The real question isn’t whether AI transforms everything—it will. The question is who will own the future it creates.
