Now Hiring: AI Evangelist

I run First Movers on about 30 minutes of my own work a day. Claude runs the rest.

My AI clone teaches inside our courses, answers student questions in real time, and shows up to keynotes I never book a flight for. It's pulling over a million impressions a month, and the number keeps climbing. It sounds like me, thinks like me, and most people can't tell the difference — most days, neither can I.

That's the level of AI we teach inside AI Labs, and it's the level I expect from whoever teaches it.

I don't need someone who's impressed by AI. I need someone who's already past that — who's built the workflow/app everyone else is still watching a tutorial on. Someone who can teach at the level I teach, then spend their Tuesday finding the ten things they haven't gotten to yet and building those too.

What You’d Actually Do

You’d live inside AI Labs, our membership of roughly 500+ students and 80+ courses. Every month, you make that community better than it was the month before.

Concretely:

  • Teach live inside Labs every month. Real trainings, real students, real questions.
  • Build courses. Short, sharp, and built on what works right now.
  • Structure great training data. Voice DNA is our foundation, and you’ll get very good at building it.
  • Study our First Movers skills library, then improve it. If you spot a better way, build it.
  • Hook things up. Claude, MCP connectors, workflows, automations. You’re the person who makes tools talk to each other.
  • Bring ideas to the table. You’ll hear “what do you think we should do?” a lot, and we mean it.

Who This Is For

A first mover. Someone who tried the thing before the tutorial existed.

You’re technical enough to build workflows from scratch and human enough to teach a room full of people who’ve never opened Claude. Both. That combination is rare, which is why we’re writing this.

  • You’re a self-starter. Nobody here checks in on you daily. You see the gap, you fill it, you tell us after.
  • You’re humble. The best people we’ve worked with have zero ego about learning something new or being wrong in front of students. That’s the whole job, actually.
  • You’re in it to win it. Fully invested. You want to help build the future, and you’re picking us to do it with.

A Few Things That Won’t Work

  • If you want a checklist handed to you each morning, this will frustrate you.
  • If you’re uncomfortable on camera, this will be a problem. Teaching is on video, live and recorded.
  •  if you don’t know how to take initiative and see it through.
  • If you’re still deciding whether AI is a fad, we’re probably a few steps ahead of where you’re comfortable.

The Deal

Contract role with a fixed monthly rate to start. Compensation is based on your skills — show us what you can do and we’ll talk numbers on the first call. We’re not chasing a unicorn on a unicorn budget; we’re looking for someone excellent who wants to grow with a company that’s growing fast.

Room to expand from here is real. Our best people started as contractors and now run departments.

How to Apply

Skip the resume. Send us two things:

  1. A video, 2–3 minutes, unlisted YouTube or Loom link. Tell us who you are, show us one AI workflow you’ve built (screen share is fine), and teach us one thing in under 60 seconds. We’re watching how you present as much as what you say.
  2. A link to something you’ve made. A course, a workflow, a GPT, a channel, a tool. Anything that proves you build.

We read everything. If it’s a fit, you’ll hear from us within a week or less.
