Payment and Refund Policy

 

No-Refund Policy

By using our Services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy:

  • All purchases of our Services, including but not limited to subscriptions, API credits, integration services, and custom solutions, are final and non-refundable
  • You acknowledge that our Services begin immediately upon purchase and constitute digital goods/services that are immediately delivered
  • You expressly waive any right to a refund once the Service has been activated or delivered, regardless of usage
  • Partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused portions of services are not available under any circumstances
  • Cancellation of recurring subscriptions will stop future billing but will not result in refunds for the current billing period

Project Inactivity and Abandonment

Projects with no client response for 180 days (6 months) are considered abandoned. Upon abandonment, all remaining project credits, prepaid services, and outstanding deliverables are forfeited with no refund available.

Payment Dispute Resolution

By accepting this policy, you agree to:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks
  • Provide detailed documentation of any technical issues or service failures if requesting an exception to our no-refund policy
  • Allow us 5 business days to investigate and respond to any payment-related concerns
  • Accept our decision regarding payment disputes as final and binding
  • Not initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first attempting resolution through our support channels

Payment Provider Terms

We process payments through authorized payment providers (e.g., Stripe, major credit card networks). By making a purchase:

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase
  • You confirm that you are the legitimate owner or authorized user of the payment method
  • You acknowledge that digital service delivery begins immediately upon successful payment processing
  • You agree that our delivery of access to digital services constitutes full performance of our obligations
  • You understand that payment disputes filed in violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination
  • You accept that successful chargebacks or payment reversals may result in permanent account suspension

Documentation and Service Records

We maintain detailed records of:

  • Service activation timestamps
  • Account access logs
  • Feature usage metrics
  • Support interactions
  • Payment processing events
  • Service delivery confirmations

These records may be used as evidence in payment disputes to demonstrate service delivery and usage.

Legal Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Pursue legal action to recover losses from fraudulent payment reversals
  • Report repeated violations to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases
  • Terminate services and deny future access to users who violate this policy
  • Recover any fees or penalties incurred due to unauthorized payment disputes
